Happy Memorial Day! It is Memorial Day(a federal holiday) in the US, where we remember those who have served this country. My uncle (my father’s younger brother was killed on Father’s Day during the Vietnam War.) He gave his life for this country at the age of 19. So I want to remember those who fought for our freedom and their service. This holiday is supposed to be celebrated on the 31st of May. But it is generally celebrated on the last Monday of the month. I really think it’s to give folks a 3 day weekend..lol I celebrated my holiday weekend, by heading into Manhattan and taking a ferry ride. Then my daughter’s and I watched a movie outdoors with hundreds of others at South Street Seaport. Free popcorn , chairs, and blankets were given out. The first time I ever did that, but it was a fun and unique experience… lol
This week’s theme is all about evolving, making those needed changes and finding creative ways to do so.
Let’s visit today’s message in “The Temple Path”
Spiritual Purpose and Support
Receiving this card represents your own spiritual evolution. The winding path you are on leads to a blessed temple in a lovely garden, symbolizing the spiritual destiny your soul has had in mind for this lifetime. This card upright is here to tell you that what you’re going through now is all part of your soul’s process. You are on your karmic path and heading in the right direction, and the choices you make now are important for your personal growth and life lessons.
The lights around the temple represent the spirit world– your family members and friends, angels, and guides– all the loving spirit helpers who long to assist you. Call upon them and be open to their wisdom and inspiration.
This is a wonderful life-expanding time so keep in mind your personal priorities as well as your spiritual connection. Following your higher intentions will help you move your life forward in dramatic ways, and connecting with spirit–and your higher self–will have a wonderful influence on all that you experience.

“I learned that inspiration does not come like a bolt, nor is it kinetic, energetic striving, but it comes into us slowly and quietly and all the time, though we must regularly and every day give it a little chance to start flowing. Prime it with a little solitude and idleness.” – Brenda Ueland
